Food Tech at Balcarras is always busy but this week it has been even more so, first we celebrated St David’s day this week with Mrs Saunders and the Food team making hundreds of Welsh cakes for all the staff to enjoy on Monday break time. Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus! Then yesterday to mark Shrove Tuesday Mrs Denyer and the year 7 cookery club had a great time making pancakes to take home for their families
