Cotswold Wildlife Park
Year 9 Geographers enjoyed a day out at Cotswold Wildlife park.
On Thursday 3rd November, Year 9 geography students enjoyed a trip to Cotswold Wildlife Park to explore animals and adaptations, they had a great day despite the rain!
We thoroughly enjoyed the Wildlife trip. It gave us good insight into the topics we’d been studying this term. For example, our studies have been focused on animal adaptations and their ecosystems and it was a great opportunity to watch this in action. An enclosure we enjoyed visiting was the lion enclosure as we could see how the park’s staff had tried to mimic their habitat in the wild, while explaining their lifestyle and hunting techniques in detail. All in all, this trip was a great experience with some nice souvenirs to reminisce our trip.
